I love this app, it's very easy to use & install, plus it has various ways of stating how they can get free shipping. A lot of the dope features are paid but you dont really need them

The Free Shipping Bar has seemed to help with turning lookers into buyers especially on many drop ship items when the competition does not offer free shipping.
