Another very simple app to set up, quick and easy. They even list in detail what you need to set for free shipping etc. Another great app by Hextom.

The only reason it got 4 stars and not 5, was because you must be premium to set the Geo locations. I was hoping to offer free shipping to specific geo locations based on cart size, but with this even domestic will have to have the same cart size as abroad. I understand why it's like this, but an option for free users would be nice too.

Edit: After using it for a bit, and adding more product to my store, I noticed something. On the home page, the bar loads up just fine and is there until I click off of the page. It doesn't come up again until I click on Add To Cart for an item, but then when I'm viewing my cart, it doesn't show up with how much more to spend before the cart is free shipping. I'd like to see that bar at the cart page if possible. Thanks!
