HEXTOM'S Free Shipping Bar is the easiest one I have found so far. Very easy to configure. The free option has lots of bells & whistles.

Would most definitely recommend the Free Shipping Bar by Hextom to a friend! I am new to Shopify and was trying to figure out how to add a shipping bar on my own when I ran across this awesome app! Works great. Never had any issue. Adds a little bit more code to the site than I would like, but I guess that's to be expected.
