This wasn't showing up correctly on Androids and iPhones, as the Main Menu was masking out the free shipping bar.
So I sent them a support message asking for assistance, they requested access to my shop's apps and theme, which I gave them.
Virtually straight away they fixed the problem, which I feel was just theme dependent. I tested it as being OK on both Android and iPhone.
Now that is great support.
