great app. does what it says and works

I used this app to help me give free shipping if a product it is in the cart. I really like custom design. It would be nice if it did localisation "selection" better.

Easy to use and looks nice all all types of websites. I would recommend!

Seems to be working fine. I was able to set up the App fine. However, I had trouble changing some specs once it was setup.

App display nicely on desktops, but does not work on mobiles. Made sure setting are OK, but does not display. Nice app though.
