Hextom: Free Shipping Bar

So far, no problems, easy to follow, straightforward instructions. Still learning to see what the app can do!

I just installed and configured this app, and here I was thinking that I didn't need a free shipping bar when I could use the default announcement bar that came with my theme. Boy was I wrong! This app is totally worth it. The configuration options available are just amazing! I especially love the ability to target by location, since I sell to three countries. Great job!
