Have been using the free plan for a while and am very happy with it. Easy to set up and can be customized somewhat to fit your theme colors. Would highly recommend this app. The only downside I can think of is that you only have 1 bar allowed on the free plan. It is so good you may want more than just one.
I had some issues with my new site, but customer support was quick and to the point. Fixed it and it works great now
