The ASoft: Free Shipping Popup is a useful app for updating customers about free shipping status. A catchy popup drone (with color options) gives customers information such as $ amount left for free shipping, and if free shipping applies to the current order. Then the drone disappears. The customer has the option to click on the popup to continue shopping, checkout, or close. The popup appears when the customer adds or removes items from the cart on both product and checkout pages. The store owner has several options for the drone and message. Communication with the ASoft: Free Shipping Popup design team is very helpful.

I used this app to guide/inform my customers the balance amount to redeem free shipping service, so they can enjoy free shipping and the amount to lead to add more products.. The support staff is very helpful and supportive.

It is a good app but is not intuitive, difficult to adjust settings. I set my shipping to free for a period of time but it was difficult to return the minimum to original amount.
Thanks for your review. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our users experience. To be honest we try our best to make the app intuitive.
Currently based on your plan there is one of the following two options to change the free shipping minimum price:
1. If you are on Basic, White Label or Customization app plan – there is the first field in the Configuration section named "Free Shipping Goal". You simply need to change the value and click Save.
2. If you are on Targeting or Enterprise app plan – there is the Geolocation Targeting section which says "All settings are automatically synchronized with your shipping zones.", so you don't need to adjust free shipping goals manually because they are synchronized with what you set in Shopify Shipping settings.

I love this app. I now use it for two of my ecommerce sites! It looks great and very clear for the customer to see. I wanted a pop up rather than a bar on my website which this offers. Perfect
