The overall rating reflects the current state of the app. It accounts for all app reviews but prioritizes the most recent ones.
I keep trying to reach out to them but everytime I write a request it sends me to a page that says "We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page." There isn't even a contact email to reach out. Can anyone help???

The badges were perfect....except they would only show up on one of my product pages.
Support said they would figure it out. I didn't hear anything, reached back out, and was told "We would recommend you try another app at this time."
