The app itself was great for what I needed and worked well while I was using it. I ultimately decided to uninstall it simply because I was cutting down on monthly app costs.
The frustrating part came when trying to leave. My store never had more than 500 active products at any point, although I did have a large number of draft products. For some reason, the app considered me over the product limit of my plan. Support told me that in order to restore my original images, I would need to upgrade to a more expensive plan and pay the additional cost.
Having to pay more just to restore my own images so I could uninstall the app was pretty ridiculous and made the process unnecessarily frustrating. To their credit, support was helpful and refunded the additional charge after I raised the issue, which I appreciated.
Overall, it was a good app and did what I needed it to do, but the uninstall and image restoration process really needs improvement.
Hi, sorry about the roundabout solution there. Customer support doesn't have access to the restore tool. Alex figured it would be faster for you to restore by simply upgrading and then issuing a refund. Otherwise he would have to contact tech support, which takes a bit of extra time. I believe you may have been in a rush. In any case, customer support will be sure to resolve any similar situation differently in the future. Best regards

Easy Watermarks aggiorna solo le foto dei prodotti, non modifica le immagini del tema. Tuttavia, può risolvere facilmente questo problema nelle impostazioni del tema. Dovrebbe trovare un'opzione per l'immagine/foto di sfondo e disattivarla.

Works out the box. Worth the money $15 for 5k products, and 1 click to do all my stock. Save hours of work, time and labour cost.

I initially had a great experience with this app. The pricing is excellent considering the range of features included. I particularly used the watermark and sticker functions, which worked well for my needs. The automatic watermarking feature for new products was especially convenient.
However, after some time, a significant issue arose. The app began duplicating watermarked photos while also keeping the original photos published (seemingly storing them in backup). When I contacted customer support, they suggested the problem was due to conflicts with a third-party app rewriting the photos. This explanation wasn't satisfactory as I don't use any other photo management apps, which I demonstrated to them.
I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reverting the photos, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the duplication issue persisted. Unfortunately, due to this unresolved problem, I can no longer continue using the app despite its otherwise useful features and attractive pricing.
Excellent app and fantastic customer service. We've been using this app for years and completely LOVE it!! Highly recommend!
