It might be free, but it also brings no value to Shopify. I've tried using this app to no avail, which might also reflect why the app appears to come and go from the Shopify store.
I would say avoid at all costs, but there is no cost except for access to your sales data.
It has regularly stopped working over the last year and then takes time for Codat to apply a 'patch'. FreeAgent support recommend disconnecting and doing it all manually. This is a major issue for our business. I would recommend not using FreeAgent if you are with Shopify.
error when trying to install. i installed this once before and unistalled now it no longer works.
Couldn't install, 404 not found error page. Not impressed as this is advertised as an integration on the FreeAgent website.
Total waste of time going round and round in circles with new error messages each time trying to sync with freeagent.
I give up!!!
