The app is really great at first glance and has a variety of uses. For minor adjustments, the support was immediately available and could answer every question 100%. A really great app.

The support from these guys is awesome. I had one minor question and they were on top of it really fast, and helped get my offer set up correctly. I have used this app several times (I create a lot of ecommerce sites) and they have always been so easy to work with and the app works exactly as I need it to. Highly recommend using this app for promo deals!

Secomapp knows their business. I have a couple of their Applications now and they work exactly as advertised. I love the Free Gifts App. It has a lot of depth which is so beneficial to one's needs. It's very user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you, guys! I highly recommend this App.

Very quick and easy set up. I had a small issue with my cart(I believe caused by the theme being used, not the BOGOS app) and their support team took care of it very quickly.

App has a nice set of features. You will most likely have to engage their support to finish installation as it does require you to modify code in multiple liquid files yourself. Their support is very friendly, helpful, and fast, so if you’re okay granting collaboration access you should be in good hands. They make a backup of your theme code before modifying it and provide instructions to restore if anything goes wrong. Some of the descriptions in the app’s settings took us a bit to decipher. I think it’s a translation issue. Would like more options to modify the customer facing parts of the app without having to dive into the CSS in the theme. Overall so far so good.
