I am an unfamiliar with coding and was intimidated to try this app, but found it to be well supported. When I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this app for the set up , support and great user experience.

While it didn't work out great for us to continue using long term, the app is useful and the support is great! After having issues and having support fix majority of it, we ended up with additional compatibility issues with our theme and 2-3 other app we were using so we had to get rid of this one but for most shops it should be fine!

The app didn't work to my needs at first. But I reached out to Robert, and it was solved immediately. Turns out their development team needs to custom some code according to my theme to get it working perfectly. Kudos to Brian from development team too!

App does exactly what is is supposed to do. It seems very flexible and user friendly. Brian is excellent with his customer service. Very fast response and he gets things done. I do recommend!

I used this app to run a big promotion on our store. The app team, in particular Trix was very helpful in helping our developer configure the app to our store without without any additional charges. The app is well made, easy to use and I cannot recommend it enough!

I used this app to create a spend XX$ > get a free product promo. It was simple and worked well, but my site is connected to an instore POS that provides inventory data and that created a conflict with the app, telling customers we were out of stock of the free gift. Anne helped me sort it out very quickly, and reset the app so it won't happen in future promotions. Really impressed with service.

Buggy as different offers showed at checkout. Customers were able to get the free offer without buying the product. Horrible communication. Offers stopped showing expired but was not. Catalog Gift showed variations on page with would slow page down. Support is sparse at best. Removed Free Gifts and went with another upsell discount app.

The app appears to be working as advertised. I wanted to change the styling of the message at the cart stage, and they graciously made the changes in the css liquid code file for me...and promptly! Great customer service.
