We played around with several apps, and the ultimate decision to go with BOGOS was the customer service. After trying several apps similar to this, we have finally found the BEST!

It works really well; is easy to set up, the graphics looks fantastic and most of all the support is excellent.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking for effective bundling and gifting solutions to their ecommerce business.

The best App always- I have been using BOGO since they launched this is my second store using it, and they always develop and evolve and they listen to customers as well. Their support is always top notch.

Recently installed this app for bundles and free gifts, and it works really well for my needs. There are lots of customisations you can do yourself, but I also needed the variant section customised, so I reached out to support. I spoke to Austin, who made the changes right away. Very happy with the service!

We have a very large number of products and volume price breaks and this is the only app we have been able to get that can effectively manage them all. Bulk imports via SKU or Collection.

Errors are very vague and don't often tell you in plain English what they mean, I had to lean quite heavily on support to stumble upon what was causing the errors. Support are friendly, helpful and patient, although they sometimes also struggle with identifying errors.

We are pushing it harder than most customers would, so I wouldn't expect a typical customer to encounter any issues. Main thing to note is that imports are super picky with format, has to be a specific type of CSV and if you edit and save in Excel it messes up the format so you need to correct in notepad before importing.
