App works pretty good! We tested a lot of stuff before and it always was a pain. Since we have BOGOS we run minor promotions all the time. Like: get a free Towel, if you buy for more than 40€. Best of all is the support team. It might be, that you need to reconfigure some code on your theme. But this is no problem at all. The team is super responsive and helps you solve any kind of problem.

The only app of its kind, it enables creative ways of creating unique offers that are directly related to the value that the customer perceives. It's fast and reliable, even when having several configurations active. Highly recommended!

We do consistent giveaways to increase the perceived value to our customers which is crucial to our business. We have tried multiple apps that promised to do what they said they could but always ran into one issue or limitations and could never find a clear solution. We finally came across the Free Gifts app by Secomapp and the app works perfect not to mention the unbelievable customer service that helped us through every step of the way. We would highly suggest anyone that is looking for a free gift option to give this one a try!!!

Trix is a really helpful customer service guide! She is quick to respond and very helpful for different queries. The app is also really helpful as it serves different options for us to give free gifts to our customers!
