They were very patient and helped me get a fairly complicated cart-based gift promotion set up. This will really streamline our Q2 promos, and their hands-on help was VERY appreciated.

What a great, simple to use product. The support were fantastic and we had it up and running in less than a day which is amazing given the different time zones. I would thoroughly recommend it..
