The app it good - support are very helpful and quick!
Robert and Mikie were helping me fast and made all adjustments I asked for.

But it will be nice to have more options inside the app - like changing size of the pop-up, and add custom description.
In this case I will not interrupt support and will do everything by myself.

I have to say I have been pretty blown away with the level of customer support on this app, and the amount of customisation / control that is possible.

Nicolas, John and the team have offered me pretty much 24/7 support over the last few days in setting the app up on my two shopify stores, in the run up to Black Friday. I've been able to create a buy-one-get-one-free offer that tracks with my store's inventory, handles multiple variations on those products with ease, and maxes out at three free products per customer.

Every time I've thought 'Oh I wish I could make the app do X or Y' I've found a button in the settings that allows me to control it.

Very happy indeed.

The Free Gifts by Secomapp is extremely powerful. It has tonnes of features that worked well for our needs.

We needed an application for one of our annual sales and this app solved inventory, the ability to choose a gift, and integration with our current theme. I would highly recommend using this app for any gift related purpose.

There were many Free Gift apps, so I chose the one with the most reviews - and I'm glad I did. The set-up was a breeze (I'm not technical), and the support was second to none. Communication is swift and real-time. David was very patient, and the dev team knew their stuff! I highly recommend BOGOS!
