Installation resulted in an over-write of our system configured base currency (Euro), which displayed prices to our EU customers in US Dollars for over 4 hours. Highly unprofessional.

Installed this app 7 hours ago. Have been in touch with the support ever since. I am facing three different issues. I have been assured that the issues are solved, but they simply are not. So I reached out to them again. They again assured me its fixed. But they are not. Struggling with this back and forth now for several hours. From an app that charges 50 euros per month i expect that it works straight away.

Horrible experience. They completely messed up my cart and when i add products to the cart, it doesn't update. Reached out to support and they said they backed up my theme, but they backed up my theme incorrectly. All the changes made were also in my "backup" theme. I had to manually revert all of the code they made and guess what, it all started to work again. I spent 3 hours trying to fix all of this and all customer support said during this time was that it wasn't their fault. Well I just fixed it by reverting all their code, so yes, it was their fault.

the app does not work. the UI is messy and confusing. It looks like Windows 95. The installation requires developer to access the theme to make it work. But they cannot access the theme so it does not work. Just bad product.

I installed it and couldn't get it to work and so uninstalled it. Unfortunately according to Shopify Tech Support it added code that completely hosed my shopping cart. This made me lose 1/2 day of sales while Shopify support walked me through removing their code from the liquify files.

I installed to see if it fitted my needs, but it didn't. This is fine, can't always be a good match. But after uninstalling the app my theme is still completely trashed with their files en liquid includes. Ridiculous!

You should not register this app as having a "free trial" when you want me to authorize a credit card payment prior to the trial beginning.

Even when you click to Approve charge, you will not be charged right away and really have 14 trial days to test and remove it without charge. ***WARNING!!! THIS APP WILL SERIOUSLY MESS UP YOUR STORE - INSTALL AT YOUR OWN RISK ***
in addition to making quite a lot of changes to your theme files, this app will also creates and duplicates ALL your VARIATIONS!!! Yes, for every product!!

And then when you uninstall it - it leaves all that mess behind!!!

I don't know how in the world these guys are allowed to have any apps on Shopify!!

It took me almost 3 hours to reverse all the changes and I did using a backup of my theme. I'd be seriously screwed if not for this backup.

We're sorry for a bad experience you have with our app. For our application working, we need to create those clone product variants. Liquid update to your theme is strictly required for this app to work (for hiding those variants from your store's front-end). It would be better if you let us help. The clone variants will be removed if you remove all your rules before uninstalling and most of our merchants are happy with this solution.

This is really nice app. It works exactly what I want. There is small issue in displaying the Gift Icon and they help me to solve it in minutes. Recommended.
