Secomapp's support team are the most helpful and fantastic team! They responded to all our queries promptly and assisted us through all the steps of set up. The best part is we are now using the Free Gift app on both our stores and it works perfectly and is very easy to use! I would highly recommend the Free Gift app to anyone!

David, Brian, Robert, Anne, Mikie and their whole team are spectacular! We have an online tropical fish store and every second counts for us. They are always very quick to respond and involve the whole team to address the issue and get it fixed ASAP. Everyone is very knowledgeable and courteous. They really care! We are very pleased with the app and all of the professional support we receive.

Addendum: Just received additional support from Mia and Brian via the chat function. Such an immediate response and update on the fly! This is extraordinary service and we couldn't be happier. Mia also made some great suggestions which we implemented. Thanks to Mia and Brian and the whole app team for being so responsive and professional!

This app has by far the best customer service of any that ive tried before.
The developers, Brian specifically, was extremely helpful getting the app(which works perfectly) setup, I had an issue with my theme, not the app, that he resolved. Anne was also very helpful and quick to reply and made sure everything was in order.
Edit: Back to add some more info, I have used this app to do a free gift over xx amount, and it works great, if the cart value gets reduced, and the gift automatically removes itself. It can also do multiple offers at once, where the customer can get a gift for over 50 or a different gift for over 100, or it can be set to give both gifts if they go over 100. It can also give gifts to first time customers, and only show that offer to first time customers.

We absolutely love this app, and it stands head and shoulders above the rest. What sets it apart is its remarkable ability to seamlessly merge two conditions, a feat that no other app we've encountered can match.

I had some challenges, very probably with the way we had set up our GWP, I have no technical ability and normally I have a team of people that work our website, however this was at the weekend and everyone was out of the the office. I contacted BOGOS through the chat and didn't expect a reply because it said it was closed at the weekend, however David from BOGOS replied and was extremely helpful. He asked me relevant questions to find a solution and when I said I really had no idea on how to implement that solution David did it for me. He then monitored our site for a 24hr period to ensure that the GWP was still working. David contacted me at the end of this and checked in to see if everything was still ok. Thanks David, great 5* service.

Great app! Well worth the price. We always like to give our customers something special and this works really well, especially the newest version. Very seamless design and easy to navigate. David was also there to help us and walk us through any and all questions we had. He also set everything up for us and was incredibly responsive. We'll continue to use this app and highly recommend this to anyone looking to give a little something special to their customers. :)
