It works great and the customer support is also great. There were a few bugs in the beginning but they were all sorted out within minutes. Brian replies fast and is extremely helpful whenever a problem arises.

Great App and outstanding support! Any issues are assisted immediately and even followed up. Nicolas helped us with initial set up within 24 hours and answers any queries in a timely and very helpful manner all for free. Highly recommend based on the support alone, but the App is great too!

I have been using this app for about a year. Great app for those requiring free gifts to be added automatically into your cart. The support was superb. Trix, the one who helped me to optimize some of the loopholes, was patient in teaching me how to do it. They also optimize the auto-refreshing rate on the cart page which helps to improve on the page speed. Definitely recommend anyone who needs to add free gifts to improve conversions and AOV.

There were many Free Gift apps, so I chose the one with the most reviews - and I'm glad I did. The set-up was a breeze (I'm not technical), and the support was second to none. Communication is swift and real-time. David was very patient, and the dev team knew their stuff! I highly recommend BOGOS!
