Really helpful support team which I always appreciate.
Pretty good. The help in the live chat is the best part.
Great app - setup was a breeze and customer support (Mina) was super responsive and quick to help with my questions.
We were searching for a GWP app that would do everything we needed it to do for what felt like forever, and we finally found this and it's perfect! Lots of functionality and customization, an easy way to test and get a link to only show the deals to certain customers, and the customer service is VERY responsive and very helpful. They helped match the design to our store within about 2 minutes. Definitely recommended!

Free Gifts - Customer Support Team
So far I have used the app only for the Free Gifts function. The team helped me resolve issues that I had implementing the feature with a banner in my cart. I plan to try out some of the other uses going forward.
I just downloaded this APP today and my god not only the app but the customer service chat is beyond exceptional. In 2 min I was assisted by David and then Anne and they both resolved my issues literally right away. And the great thing about this is, if there is any custom coding work that needs to be done to make sure the app features work on your theme, they will have they Dev team code it in just a few hours and have you straight.

The support team has been incredibly helpful! David from the support chat and Raw from the development team solved my issues with our discount codes and custom cart integration very quickly, and in time for our big Black Friday sale.
