Bad support, dont reply to email properly and won't even help fix the problem. Waste of money

I recently started using this fantastic app, and I just have to share how awesome it is. The support team is not only extremely helpful but also super responsive. They even went the extra mile to create a special offer for me. What sets this app apart is that it allows you to do more than any other Cart Upsell app I've tried before.
Unlike my previous experience with a cart drawer app that used Shopify's Draft order API and caused issues with my other apps, this BOGO app works seamlessly. It has some fantastic features, like URL parameter conditions, which we've seamlessly integrated into our email marketing campaigns. We use special links that trigger exclusive offers, and it's just incredible.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with this app, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their Shopify store. The user-friendly interface, excellent support, and unique features make it stand out from the rest.
The app is a bit confusing at first glance, but easy to get the hang of. the support team (Robert, Chica and Alex) have been very prompt and helpful in getting things set up and helping with the aesthetics. Thanks so much for your help!

I was thoroughly impressed with the quick and efficient customer service provided by this app and the support team. The user interface was easy to navigate, and the support team was knowledgeable and responsive, addressing any technical issues I encountered promptly and effectively.
That being said, I did come across one minor issue that I feel could be improved upon. It appears that the app does not offer the option to set different messages for the gift sliders, instead relying on a global message to be displayed regardless of the activated offer. This could potentially limit the ability of users to customize messages to specific gift offers.
Despite this drawback, the app's overall functionality and outstanding customer service more than make up for it. The app's team was able to address my concerns in a professional and courteous manner, making the process smooth and stress-free.

Downloaded the app yesterday and emailed support to install update. It was done very quickly. Brian even created 2 example rules in our store! Excellent service! We can't wait to give this app a test drive.
The app is easy to use, and the support team is very responsive and helpful! This seems to be the best app if you need to boost your sales and conversions.
So far it seems to be the perfect solution for what I was looking for.
There were some initial issues that needed resolving but Louis Tong was extremely helpful and has helped resolve several issues, all within a few hours of contacting him.
I do think it's a bit overpriced though. With a price reduction this could be the perfect solution for many store owners.
