This app has good support from the developers. They respond to requests promptly, and provide ample support for the app. It functions well, although there could be better controls to customize the look without using custom css.
I used this app to help me do apply free gifts function to our website and also request other assistance regarding some issues I faced. And they responded very fast and well handled the issue with kindness and patience. I highly recommend this app!

We had an issue for the app and contacted the support as our offer did not shown on the cart correctly. Brian, from the support team is very helpful to setup the correct offer for us very quickly. Only thing is we still could not figure out how we can do another offer next time.... .

Been looking high and low for a free gift app. Probably downloaded most of them and this one is the best! Support is super efficient too. A BIG thank you to Peter Nguyen for the fast response and helping out with my store. Much appreciated!
We use this app quite often to have free items added to the cart automatically and have rarely had any issues with it. If we do, support is quick to jump in to help or fix anything that arises!
