BOGOS: Free Gift Bundle Upsell

We switched to BOGOS to handle our promotions and set up a multi-item free gift offer and a checkout upsell on our first day. Both are running well and the core functionality does what we needed.

Support is the standout. Evelyn helped with two separate questions and was quick and clear on both. When I asked about something the app couldn't do, she told me straight and gave me a workaround instead of leaving me guessing. That saved a lot of time.

Worth knowing going in: customization has some gaps. We ran into limits on how offer text can be tailored and on how a single offer can be structured, which meant reworking our setup a couple of times. Not dealbreakers for us, but plan around them. We passed along feedback and the team was receptive.

The app is very interesting for marketing operations, offering numerous possibilities that will suit most stores. I’m taking off one star because a few details aren’t customisable, but overall, I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Julie from the support team for her help.

Great app for running Buy One Get One offers. Easy to set up and works smoothly with our store. A bit more flexibility in customization would make it perfect, but overall very reliable.

The app is fairly intuitive to use and overall is of great help to optimise and create new offers. We had a problem with products appearing in the cart but that was really quickly fixed by Naomi who was extremely helpful and professional.

The app itself is lacking tiny bit of functionality/feature for bundle offers however apart from that its a great app and affordable. The setup is easy and steps are clear to follow. The support team Amy, Mina, Daniel, Zee and Liam all of them are great and always try to help. I have had some issues initially when I installed the app but despite of the time difference the support was great and helped me resolve the issues. And if the app do not offer something that we wish to do then the team always have a work around or a solution.

the app is pretty flexible. looks like they covered a lot of their bases to make it work for many businesses. i wanted to limit a gift to us customers only. The only draw back is that the gift was set to auto add to cart at $200. However, once they got into the checkout page and used a discount code, their total would dip under $200 but the app couldn't adjust the cart while in the checkout page. I think they said i need to pay for an even higher plan, but i don't remember for sure.

In any case, they're still my go to for gift apps. All of the support team have been helpful, especially Anne. And I've had TONS of questions.
