Best app i used! best support!
Seriously hands down the best customer service! The app seems to be able to do everything that I need, it's simple to use and as someone who is slightly umm technically challenged, the support was top notch. I managed to get exactly what I wanted and needed in minimal time supported by friendly and patient staff. I really recommend this app! Oh and Robert is awesome!

The support team was fast and helpful and got my app set up quickly.
The App allow customers to place 0 value orders of our gifts for campaign. The loss we had suffered from this app far exceed the app cost.
We do not recommend this app to anyone.

App works as advertised. Great support. No localization issues which is an exception for most Shopify apps.

We use this app for most of our promotions! There are a lot of capabilities for different types of promotions, however, there are some limitations. The support team is AMAZING and super helpful in sorting out any issues you may have. I would highly recommend it. One thing to know is the app devs are over seas, so sometimes getting things turned around may take more than business 1 day, as devs are not online during our day ( I'm in EST time zome). But other than that they have been great to work with!

I downloaded this this app to offer a Free Gift with purchase and needed help getting started. I clicked on the live chat(bot) thinking I would just get the usual links to their FAQ's and then need to leave my email for someone to email me back in 24-48hrs, but then I got Ellie from the support team (even though it was out of working hours there) who helped me with everything and even got one of the developers to change something for me ON THE SPOT - like WOW! It was a very minor change but they were super happy to do it and it took them no time. I am really impressed with the service so for that I give 5 gold stars. As for the app itself, I have only just started to play around with it, but so far so good :) But highly recommend their super support team!

Wow! A++ thank so much for this app! This Free Gifts app is Amazing! I'm amazed at how fluid and seamless this app is. It actually does what no other app could do for us, Just place a free gift instantly in the cart! and the support is fantastic, They were able to customize some code for our store. I can see that a lot of thought was put into making features that actually work. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone on Shopify. We look forward to seeing more apps come from y’all!
