I have used this app for Free Gifts on our website and I have found it to be very good and easy to bespoke the messaging. Support has been excellent.
The app was a little clunky to get started, but the support team were great at getting us sorted and also fixing my user error issues straight away. The app did exactly what we needed, with bonus add-ons.
I'm giving this 5 stars because their support is awesome. The instructions aren't THAT helpful because each theme is different. They worked with our theme which had a number of varying implementations. The Secomapp team was very flexible with us, entering their code into our theme quickly.
It is so easy integrate it thanks a lot!!! What a great application :))

Once all the coding is done the app works amazingly. Their customer service is very good and efficient.
The app is easy to use and the support team is amazing! I was able to successfully set up multiple gift offers to run at once and the developers were super helpful and quick whenever I needed further customization. I 100% recommend!
