I started using the app, and the support team was very helpful (Ellie and Brian), very kind, and responded within seconds. also the app really easy to use.

it is quite straightforward on the surface yet not really bu the customer service help was really useful and it allowed me to achieve what I wanted to implement. 5 star for customer service!

The Secomapp team was very quick to respond to my set up request. They also stayed with me until my store was ready to implement our new gift offers and helped me troubleshoot when there were things that didn't work correctly. They have great customer service!

Ultimately we were unable to use this app because it conflicts with Shopify Scripts. However, I will say that the customer service team was very responsive when it came to both installing the app as well as then uninstalling the app from our store when we realized that there was a conflict, so credit to them for that!

David supported me a lot today. When I have no way to find out, he can suggest me what I want. Sometimes, texting with call service provider doesn't help or solve the problem. But David did it very well!
