I used the app for a Buy X get Y offer for my customers. It performed well, it could be less complicated to use and without the coding but overall good app

I require an app that allows me to do tier gifting based on purchase qualification on certain products, this allows me to do it well! Louis (Developer) and Robert (Customer Service) was very very helpful!

Very poor customer service, the app created a whole bunch of errors, big mess. Will not use this app again.

Don't do it! Terrible customer support and non existante technical service. This is a joke, I had to wait 3 days and no help whatsoever!
I am deleting this app and never going to do business with them ever again.

$30 ++ ? It is absolutely not worth the cost. Instructions are there, but it could be better as there are some code adjustments to do, it could take you a while to figure it all out. Also when I remove the main product from my basket, the customer can still get away with free gift by removing the main product. I truly hope it was my mistake (it has to be for that price), but yes, not working for me and not worth the struggle even though support is there. The design is poor looking to my taste. I uninstalled and still I had to go through many liquid files to remove manually files that weren't removed. I love the concept though, just need some major improvements for such a price. So far my recommendation is : don't even try it.

The app wasnt installed correctly by Secomapp guys, or just doesnt work.
It caused us a real customer experience issues when the free gift wasnt shown as free to the customer.

Also - there is no one to talk to. takes a lot of time to get back to customers.

Very bad.

Really great App, we needed a free gift app, which automatically puts a gift to cart and also works with our affiliates code!

This apps works like we want, also the support team is super fast and answer in under 1 minute!
