This is a very good and solid app. Whenever we had issues, the customer support team has been quick and phenomenal. Nicolas was quick to help address any issues we've came across while changing through multiple themes. He made the whole experience seamless, easy and super quick. Also, due to some complications with another App that we are also currently running (Bold Product Options), Nicolas was able to help make everything compatible with some clever editing! The support is fantastic and Brian and Trix have personally worked with us to style the free gifts app in the cart to match our theme, and support on other questions. Support is always fast and good, they install everything for you and make sure their app is compatible with your OTHER apps -- not all app suppliers would do this. Price reasonable and functions are useful, they also customize the display of their functions to suit your theme at no extra cost. We have used it for almost a year now and no major problems so far and bugs are always fixed in no time.
