I have chosen this app to increase our sales over Christmas. I am not a technical person therefor I have contacted your support team via chat. Daisy immediately responded and has helped me throughout the whole process of setting up my first free gift listing. I cannot really express how thankful I am. This app has a good amount of flexibility allowing various ways to setup gifts. The best part is the customer service and assistance setting up what you’re trying to do. I ran into a couple technical issues with coding between other apps and they were super helpful and fast at fixing it! And it wasn’t even their app causing the issue! Great app.

Needed some quick help to resolve an on-the-spot customer issue and Trix was super quick on the live chat and helped me get the issue sorted out! Excellent customer service when I needed it. As a platform it would be much easier if there was an option to tick a collection that is specifically excluded from an offer, rather than having to tick all the collections that you want included, as it is much easier to exclude a handful than include over 150 in our case! Edited to add: my above feedback was taken onboard super quickly and actioned less than 24 hours later! Very impressive service.
