I would definitely recommend it to a friend. The attention they give to your business is great and they want to make sure they set up everything correctly to your liking. It would be nice to have a chat service where we can work a little more quickly but overall I am very satisfied.

We urgently needed to set up this app for a pre-black friday deal that involved giving free gifts if a customer's order met a $ amount. Their support responded right away to help us set up in a timely manner and responded to all our questions quickly. The app worked great for the free gift deal which motivated customers to want to buy in order to get the gift. Great app and great support!

Used the app to create multiple bundles on my site. This was the only app that I found that had all the functionality I needed. I installed and deleted literally 7-8 apps before settling on this one. Its back-end interface maybe a little lacking, however, give it a chance and you will not regret it. Works smoothly and with a great customer service team to back you on any request. They cleared out all the "bugs" that came up during integration on our site within 2-3 days. HIGHLY recommend.

I found it difficult to cancel this app and get in touch with customer support but after I complained with a 1 star rating they were attentive and helpful so upgrading from 1 to 3 stars.
