Support team is great! Fixed compatibility issues with my old theme quickly and on the day before Thanksgiving. Got me up and running for BFCM within an hour of reaching out. App works great and is customizable, love the new feature of the widget that alerts the customer to the promotion.

We downloaded this app because we wanted to run more complicated promotions than Shopify is able to run natively.
