Needed a quick customization to the cart and David and Louis quickly made the adjustments on a live site.

Support team is great! Fixed compatibility issues with my old theme quickly and on the day before Thanksgiving. Got me up and running for BFCM within an hour of reaching out. App works great and is customizable, love the new feature of the widget that alerts the customer to the promotion.

Mina was great - really quick at troubleshooting an issue we had. All around a very easy/user friendly app to use.

We downloaded this app because we wanted to run more complicated promotions than Shopify is able to run natively. Consequently, the setup of these promos in BOGOS was fairly involved, and we needed a great deal of help. The team supporting BOGOS really delivered. I've used a great many Shopify apps but the support I received using this one is unmatched.

One of the best teams when it comes to support, and the support provided by Mina and Anna was excellent. We're dealing with an excellent, clean app that does its job exactly as it should.

The app is easy to set up and very clear. The support is very easy to reach, very friendly and also fast. I would like to thank Mina in particular - her friendliness and thoughtfulness are impressive. Unfortunately, there are a number of bugs in the app, which are solved immediately by the support team, but they are annoying - especially given the price of the app. This brings me to the reason for the 3 stars: the price is unfortunately not justified for the number of functions - there are other apps that are cheaper and offer more.
