Absolutely amazing support! Mina went above and beyond to help us fix every single issue we had — from the progress bar styling to a cart drawer integration bug. She responded super fast, was incredibly friendly and got everything sorted perfectly.

But not just the support — the app itself is outstanding. It offers everything you could ever wish for, integrates seamlessly into your store and is incredibly easy to set up. I really recommend BOGOS. The app has so many features, you can set up gift tiers, progress bars, upsells, bundles... basically everything to get your customers to add more to their cart!

I had a small issue with my theme, the progress bar wouldn't show up in my cart drawer because of how my theme is built and needed some code changes.

I tried doing it myself but couldn't get it to work perfectly...

So I reached out to support, and they were super responsive. They quickly forwarded my request to the dev team, and once the devs got access, it took them about 2 minutes to fix it... Not exaggerating, 2 minutes.

They were literally amazing. They did it for me, they also adjusted the design and margins for me so everything looked clean right away.

Tbh, I've used a lot of Shopify apps and I've never seen support this fast and this helpful.
