Their support is top notch- Daniel & Robert were incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions around gift set up. Friendly reminder - please do not install this apps by yourself. It is quiet technical and please wait for the team to help you to do so. There was an error when our content team try to install and errors occurred, the FREE GIFTS team then tried very hard to get back with us to help and support. Thank you very much and hope to give a more positive feedback after we really try the apps.
I have been using BOGO Free gifts for years now and recently updated to their new updated version of the app... all i can say is I WISH other apps had the same support level that this app has. They honestly have faster support than Shopify Plus 24 hour support... they reply fast and dont waste your time! Great app!

The app is the only one that allows you to have full control on the display of the free gifts on product pages and seamlessly add to basket dependent on whatever conditions of purchase you set. Support and modification since to tweak the app has been quick, professional and successful. Recommend!
