Great app. Helped me add free gifts to cart. At first it was confusing how the app interface is, however, their support team especially Nicolas is AMAZING and quickly helped me through installation. Very easy to use once you learn the first time! highly recommend

The only thing I liked about the app was the prompt support. However, this could not compensate for the amount of headache we have had. The app turned itself off on its own. Then it would force the wrong variation into people's cart resulting in a lot of frustration, money loss for us and pricey returns. It requires a duplicate of SKU in order to work, which created total mess in out WMS system blocking dispatching. I would recommend to try and avoid using it if you can, or give yourself a month of testing, because our 18 days were not enough.

I am an unfamiliar with coding and was intimidated to try this app, but found it to be well supported. When I had questions, they were answered promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this app for the set up , support and great user experience.
While it didn't work out great for us to continue using long term, the app is useful and the support is great! After having issues and having support fix majority of it, we ended up with additional compatibility issues with our theme and 2-3 other app we were using so we had to get rid of this one but for most shops it should be fine!
The app didn't work to my needs at first. But I reached out to Robert, and it was solved immediately. Turns out their development team needs to custom some code according to my theme to get it working perfectly. Kudos to Brian from development team too!
