We just installed the app and contacted their support team for some customizations. I have to say, they are amazing! They respond quickly, are very friendly, and willingly provide extra assistance.
Very comprehensive gift module, recommended for use.
Just signed up for a free trial and had an issue combining the free gift promo with another discount on my Shopify store. I reached out to customer service for help and received very quick and helpful support. (It turned out to be an issue within my shopify settings, not the BOGOS app).

I can't say enough great things about this app! I have purchased and installed it into 3 of our websites/stores and it works great.
