The experience with the customer care executive was seamless however the product functionality should be better for customers to be able to use by themselves

After the update the app is much easier to use. There are still issues sometimes- we've had issues with products being available after the offer expires and a few other things, but tech support (shoutout to Mina) is usually pretty quick and gets issues resolved.

Support have been excellent, upon contacting them regarding an issue on a few of our websites they resolved the issues within a matter of minues. The team at Secomapp were very quick and efficient at fixing the problems and getting our sites working properly again
