I've been using this app for over year now, and they continue to make improvements to it. It's much better now than it was when I first purchased it. In all cases though, it does what it's supposed to and works great. I love that it automatically adds/removes a free gift to the cart based on the criteria you set. The customer service has also greatly improved - I have been receiving responses and code fixes within a day which is important for small businesses that do things on the fly!

This app works great! My first time using it, we did 12 different free gifts (each with multiple options), 12 days in a row and it went smoothly! Customers clearly see that they got their gift and that it is free plus they also see the value of their gift (price is crossed off and changed to $0). I also really appreciate the quick customer service from the app developer and their help and ability to make minor tweaks to the visual presentation so it matches my website. We love to offer our customers a free gift with purchase and I've tried a few different apps and this is the best one by far. This is a very good and solid app. Whenever we had issues, the customer support team has been quick and phenomenal. Nicolas was quick to help address any issues we've came across while changing through multiple themes. He made the whole experience seamless, easy and super quick. Also, due to some complications with another App that we are also currently running (Bold Product Options), Nicolas was able to help make everything compatible with some clever editing! The support is fantastic and Brian and Trix have personally worked with us to style the free gifts app in the cart to match our theme, and support on other questions. This support wasn't charged and I am very impressed with his responsiveness. Every time we've had a question or a query a member of the team has helped us out very quickly.
