The support team is absolutely outstanding. We're on a vintage, non-OS 2.0 theme, and when we hit a snag with the product page widget, the team jumped on it right away — raised a ticket and had their tech team manually integrate it into our theme. Everything works perfectly now, and they stayed on top of it the whole way through.
The app itself is great and easy to use, but the support is what truly sets BOGOS apart. If you're on an older or customized theme, these are the people you want in your corner. Highly recommend!

Mina for their support team has been awesome and quick in resolving my issues, bundle of thanks
, But i want to get the refund because i have over 100 orders out of which only 30 people could add free gift to their cart because of maybe some glitch or i don't know, and this is getting a mess at my end to sort things out with the customer. i would really glad if you guys could give me a refund.
