A must have app for any Shopify owner! It has the best rates compared to any other app and the interface is very user friendly. It automates the entire shipping process allowing me to batch print labels, schedule pick-ups, and automatically fulfil orders. The customer service is fantastic and they are always available for any feedback and respond quickly. Also, if you ship any skids or pallets, you get access to their very competitive LTL shipping rates. This is hands down the best shipping app I’ve ever used and highly recommend it!

We are very happy with this app and especially freighcom's rates with carriers such as Dicom, Canpar, Purolator and UPS. The freightcom team is dedicated to helping their customers and offer genuine customer service.

This Freightcom app is very easy to use and the customer service from Jay P. is second to none.

He's prompt and smart and anytime I had any questions he personally reached helped me or he had someone contact me with solutions and answers.

Wow. It's about time we get a shipping app like this. We love it. The way it streamlines the process. No more cut and paste addresses or even fulfill or enter tracking numbers. It does it all for you. A few clicks, print the label and you're done. It fulfills the order and automatically sends your templated shipping confirmation email to the customer. Not only does it make it easy but their shipping prices are the best I've seen and the app really gets an accurate rate for each product you offer. I have the app on both of our Shopify sites now. If I could give it 6 stars I would. You need this.

Started saving us immediately! Shipping some of our smaller items is still cheaper through Canada Post, and I wish that it were integrated more directly into the order page, but the platforms do talk to each other nicely.

This app is very user friendly. The rates seem to be really good. I don't think Canada Post can touch these rates...My favourite part about this app is that i can schedule the pickup with the click of a button. And if you need help, the chat function is awesome. Quick friendly service.

This app solved all our shipping needs, it is so simple to use, and they also have fantastic customer service too!
