I have been using click ship for over a year now and it’s been a great tool and support for my business.
Kristina is my go to gal and I am so grateful for her continuous help and support if I have any issues. She walked me through the whole set up process and I never hesitate to reach out if I have an issue. It’s has helped my company very much with all the shipping costs.
I would definitely recommend
Great app and service, have been using it for the past several months and we've been able to ship with minor issues. Definitely helped save us some money to improve our net margins with their cheaper shipping rates and carrier options.
It's awesome! They offer great rates with the big names, and some additional couriers that we haven't used before. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify, the couriers come and pick-up your shipments, and it saves money -- especially for larger shipments going longer distances. Love ClickShip!
App works but good luck if you have a claim and there customer service will keep asking same questions without reading prior answers - takes 3-4 months to even get a claim resolved

Clickship saves us so much money on shipping and our representative, Kristina, is so quick and helpful when we have any issues with shippers/shipments. Highly recommend!
Beware if a product is lost etc cust service takes 3-6 months. In our experience closer to six months.
Poor customer service but otherwise shipping pricing is good.

Had a wonderful experience with my Clickship Customer Service Rep, Noor. Set me up, integrated my Shopify store with the shipping app seamlessly and had me set up in mins. Features are very user friendly and perfect for new and small businesses. Rates are competitive. Recommend.
game changer for shipping, we have been on Shopify for four years and we got onto this app 6 months ago and it has the best deals and super easy to use for any shipping provider. Our only recommendation would be to streamline printing labels in bulk. Create a preset for descriptions, value, reason of export etc that can be applied to 100+ orders at a time.

Easy to use, offers us competitive rates from top carriers. It's easy to schedule pick ups.
As a Canadian Company shipping to the US often. Without Clickship we would have been out of business probably with all the challenge Covid brought us. Canada Post and other companies charge 2-3x the price with much worst services.
Clickship is a great company and I have been working with them for more than 2 years now, I highly recommend them.
