Zero Star ...GLS carrier is horrible one of their supplier and there is no ownership of any claim submitted. No proof of delivery, Tracking does not get updated even after pickup and carrier denies Delivery pickup. Sent video evidence of pickup then they are agreeing of pickup, isn't scary .

Charges double the freight for postal code error and ask to verify by Canada post every shipment for postal code error. Is it practical when it is integrated with shopify why users will check manually

Charging extra for UPS plastic wrapped products , UPS never charged us extra for plastic wrap corrugated boxes. This is extra charges at Clickship platform..

Even after providing evidence they close the case asking the same questions again and again and not focusing on issue.

My claim payout is not received yet for months now. 100 claim for a 500 dollar plus product. and no proof of shipping charges returned for lost shipment , this shows how professional they are to handle situation. We received the claim amount in month of August 2026.

During the Canada Post strike in 2024 our business was looking for alternative shipping options that were affordable. We were sent to Clickship via a friend and quickly found how easy it was to use, being integrated right into our Shopify store. Shipping rates were reasonable and a huge sigh of relief for our small business. When I emailed for support James Lang was our representative and helped me answer my MANY slightly panicked questions and has been exceedingly helpful with any questions I have had going forward!

Brandon has been an absolute blessing to have as an account manager. No problem is too big or small, and he goes above and beyond assisting with the issues that arise. I've had him call me numerous times to communicate important issues and walk me through problems that I've encounter with couriers and general shipping pains. It's so nice knowing that I have a trustworthy and knowledgeable partner that's willing to go the extra mile for my business. I'm so glad that my friend recommended Clickship to me or else I'd still be stuck shipping with Shopify and getting their abysmal rates. Thanks Brandon, you're a champ!
