A integração da Frenet com a Shopify é cheia de problemas e claramente mal acabada. Algumas funções básicas simplesmente não funcionam direito, como a importação de CPF dos pedidos, o que gera retrabalho manual desnecessário no dia a dia.
Além disso, eles cobram mais caro pela integração da Shopify do que em outros canais, sendo que vários concorrentes não fazem isso quando você contrata direto pelo site. A sensação é de estar pagando mais por um serviço pior.
O suporte também é extremamente frustrante. Quando há problemas reais, como encomendas marcadas como entregues sem terem sido entregues, eles ficam procurando exceções, empurrando o problema e demorando para resolver ao invés de ajudar de fato.
Sinceramente, uma das piores experiências de software/logística que já tive.
Péssimo suporte e atendimento. Tive um problema com uma etiqueta que a transportadora não estava conseguindo processar. Pedi suporte/reembolso e a resposta basicamente foi "Sentimos muito, mas não vamos reembolsar" - ou seja, se vira, problema seu. Busquem outras plataformas.
Já uso há quase três anos, a integração e a experiência são excelentes, e os preços muito competitivos. Além da praticidade na geração das etiquetas.
