Great app, especially thanks to their super friendly, reactive and quick technical support. We've had several requests already and were always able to sort it out quickly.
App works well, FAQ's look professional and helped with our conversion rate, and customer service is super responsive.
Justin was extremely helpful in helping us navigate, customize, and add features we didn't know how to set up.
They're very responsive and offer solutions quickly.
Would love to see more from Simesy in the future.

Simesy Product FAQs is super easy to use and looks great on my store. I love how I can add product-specific FAQs and customize the design to match my brand. It's helped cut down on customer questions, and support has been quick and helpful. Definitely recommend!
We re using the app to answer the most common questions from our customers, it saves us time and energy from having to repeat the same answers over and over. highly recommend

We have been using this APP for nearly half a year. It has helped us to display our frequently asked questions. The experience is very convenient. When we wanted to add the FAQ to the product catalog page, we encountered problems and contacted Justin. He was very timely and fast to help us solve the problem, I am grateful and grateful. The app works well and the customer service is very responsive and able to help me in a timely manner, especially Justin recommendations. But it's just that the number of FAQs is only 10, hope can add more after.
I really love this app, simple to use and nice customization options. I would just like to be able to link the pre-built FAQ page as an actual page in my shopify store, besides that this app is a must!
