We've been using the app a week so far so we still testing. However they provide outstanding support and super responsive.

I'm very impressed. The app is easy to use, easy to set up and it fits with most shopify themes. I noticed this app on a competitors store, liked it and decided to try it out. I have not contacted their customer service. I also like the way they email you after you sign up for the app, with screenshots of how the app will look on your site. well done

We wrote to the merchant in order to get more feedback about the app and exactly which aspects were "hard to use". We are always willing to improve the app usability, so any feedback is welcome.
We checked their store and the app was working smoothly and tuned to their theme.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply or feedback.
Not worth the price unless you have like 1000+ orders for each product. Otherwise it gives you completely bogus random recommendations, and while it says you can filter by collection, that feature does not work without automated collections, which is like 90% of collections. Good service though

The app made me $198 more dollars over 30 days. It does what it says but I don't like some of the features.
