Just downloaded, do not know yet how good the ROI will be but compare to the cheap price this isn't a concern. One of the thing that surprised me was that it tuned some configuration so that it match my look on my theme! Thats why 5 stars!
I just started using it and already seeing results. Customer service was also very proactive and helped me re-locate the frequently bought together section exactly where I wanted it and adjusted the color scheme to match my aesthetic.
I love frequently bought together for my website! It puts all my products at the right place just enough to influence customers. Im so glad i installed it.
manual recommandation doen't work ith every product on my store
[Note: the feature which allows developers to reply to reviews has only been available since March 2019, that's the reason for the late reply]
We wrote to the merchant to explain how manual recommendations work with the app. The store was password protected and we requested access to help configure them.
We suspected that the store had random recommendations enabled and pointed that out and offered to help configure the store by enabling manual recommendations.
The merchant finally enabled manual recommendations and told us that the problem had been solved and was happy.
We kindly asked them to revisit their review as it was a simple case of enabling the correct recommendations setting and after a few attempts to contact them, we received no reply.

Reached out to me within mins after the add was install. After communication, my changes were made within mins. Very impressive.
I installed this app yesterday and it is to early to tell if any extra's have been bought. However, the customer support is amazing. I read the instructions on how to move the placement of the cart to another place on my page and it did not seem to work for my site. I emailed them and 10 minutes later they did it for me and changed the theme to match my theme. Later that night I was showing the app to a friend on my phone and it was not appearing on mobile. I emailed them that moment and a few moments later it was fixed.
I was looking for an app that highlighted other products for customers to look at and after reviewing and installing a few different apps, this was the app that I decided to keep.
I am extremely impressed about how easy it was to install. I didn't need to make any code changes and it was already up and running.
It was really easy to read the settings and make adjustments.
Finally, I was very surprised that the next day, I had an email from Code Black Belt that they reviewed my site and had some suggested adjustments for their app to look more integrated. I was blown away. That is excellent customer service!

I dont like that its bundling random items. Its showing luggage and suggesting buy a wine holder with it. Shortly after writing the review; their support team called and walked us through setting up manual bundles.
