Simply awesome! Much needed feature for my store. Thanks
I really love this app. Easy to use and helps me bundle products for my customers. The customer service is AMAZING! The only thing holding them back from 5 stars is that you cant add 2 of the same product into the bundle. Apart from that I totally recommend this app :)

I used this app to make upsell. Works amazing. I would recommend this app to anyone I know. It's amazing. I didn't enjoy the customization. the settings are hard to grasp.
Great App, Great Team! Very smooth and easy to use. I recommend it for any one who wants to upsell and increase sales.
The app does exactly what it says. However, there are certain features I expect from a "frequently bought together" app, which I'm missing in this app. The most important being that I cannot give a discount when the suggested products ARE really bought together.
So, great app, just not what i expect.

At the time of the merchant writing the review, the app did not have an integrated discounts module, but we were in the process of developing one.
We wrote to the merchant to explain that it was (at the time) clearly explained in our app listings description. We offered the merchant the opportunity to try the app once we had implemented an update. During our correspondence with the merchant, they acknowledged our frankness and willingness to assist in order to accommodate their needs.

Our team did a quality check of the app and it is working smoothly and tuned to your store's theme.
The app is present in the product pages and recommends product bundles based on sales history or manual or random recommendations and does not require you to do anything from there.
Sales depend on many factors, including, the number of products the store has for sale, the store's sales history, its traffic and customer base.

SUPER CONFUSED?
I added the app onto my website, but the app does not allow you to leave the first introduction page to the website?
it says it is automatic, but there is no "frequently bought" app on my website??
it is super confusing and others looked at this and said the same thing?
IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE??
WHERE IS IT? IT DOES NOT SHOW ON MY WEBSITE?
CAN'T LEAVE THE FIRST PAGE, FUSTRATING?!
I NEED SOME ONE TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES PLEASE!?!?

We had been communicating a lot with the merchant before they left their review and responding to all their emails and giving continuous support, every day, over the course of a week.
We had shown on many occasions, including sending a video of the app working in their store. Our team also explained how the app works and offered assistance at all times.
We also explained clearly that the app does not appear on home pages, only on product pages.
After many emails back and forth, the merchant was extremely happy and thankful with our service and support and said that we were, "a 5-star service".
Despite this, the merchant unfortunately decided to leave this review, which is completely contradictory to what had actually happened.
