I have a business with a wide variety of items and price points. Since we are just starting out, it was tricky to get going. However, after working with the Frequently Bought Together team, who are very responsive and give great support, they were able to help me and, while I have to do quite a few manual recommendations until our sales increase, I do love the feature on our website.

Our app recommendations are highly configurable.
Stores with a sales history big enough can benefit from automatic recommendations based on previous orders.
When most of the products have not been sold together previously, it is better to configure manual bundles or global recommendations.
Our support team is 24/7 ready to assist you with the app configuration, we hope we can help you make the most of our app.
It increased my AOV at some sales. Support is also good since they help out almost immediately when I have a question.

Easy to use and very usefull. I will put 5 stars if there will be another way to manage those reviews not relevant more automated instead of one by one.
Great app! It will definitely act as a great tool in order to drive in more sales before the checkout stage.
The app does what it says it does, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I haven't had to do anything major with it yet, and will revisit this review if I do.

As far as I can see, you first contacted us on Mar 30, 15:36 EDT and we replied 12 minutes later. I also see that you sent us other messages. Is it possible that you missed any of our responses because we replied in a different email thread?

I have checked our Customer Support stats for March and our average 'First Response Time' was 11 minutes, while the average 'Response Time' was 18 minutes. It is possible that, at some times, it takes more time but I can assure you that we will always do our best to help.
