Excellent app. It analyzes sales data and produces actual 'Frequently bought together' items, unlike other software I have used in the past. The support was excellent as well, I installed and set it up in about 60 seconds, and then support helped with some styling customizations for our mobile site. Very responsive support. This app is quite the value! I suggest implementing it!

I have not contacted their customer service. I also like the way they email you after you sign up for the app, with screenshots of how the app will look on your site. well done
